Liam Fisher - C.S.C.S, Owner & Head Trainer

Not just another beard, this guy has a BSc (Hons) Double Major in Exercise Physiology & Medical Physiology or in his own words  "a BSc in pickin' it up and puttin' it down, in both health and in sickness". This guy likes to get you moving and at the same time make sure you understand why you're doing it! When he's not studying up on new training techniques, this all-rounder can be found in the gym pumping iron, or shredding some gnar on his bike, his skis or his paddle board. He's worked with everyone from the pro's to the joe's and the next person he takes on might just be you !


Michelle Ford - Trainer & Spartan Pro

As a teenager, Michelle moved from Montreal to Whistler to train with the Canadian Snowboard Team and compete on the professional snowboard circuit. In 2012, she became a personal trainer and currently holds a USAW Olympic lifting certification as well is a pre/postnatal specialist.  She believes in the power of one's strength, inside and out and encourage everyone to ‘embrace their strong’. When Michelle is not working with clients, she is busy organizing events as a co-founder of Fraser Street Run Club, racing OCR races as part of Spartan Canada Pro team, or running wild on the trails of the North Shore with her husband and two dogs.


Yassmin Kianzad

Yassmin is is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Holistic Nutritionist.  Yassmin specializes in the integrative approach to health, which includes fitness, nutrition & mental wellness. She has a passion for guiding her clients through their journeys with customized meal and fitness plans.

Through dealing with her own health issues, helping others through this industry quickly became her passion as she went on to study Human Kinetics at Capilano University and Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.  She is now committed to helping others become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.


Samantha Kent - Trainer

A born and raised North Vancouverite, Sam was eager to play every sport imaginable during elementary and high school. Upon completing her bachelors degree at Uvic, she discovered a new love; weightlifting. Right out of University she realized that she wanted to make her hobby a career, and did just that. Sam is a Can-Fit Pro certified trainer and when not in the gym, you can find Sam on her road bike, running or hiking. Her energy is like no other, never taking life too seriously and making every workout fresh and enjoyable. 


Jeanelle Hazlett - Trainer, Elite Runner

A born and raised prairie girl, Jeanelle moved west to Vancouver in 2014 to pursue her undeniable passion for the West Coast and the outdoors. With a background in nursing, Jeanelle shifted gears from her RN to pursue a career in what makes her happiest, helping people lead a life of health, fitness and happiness. Jeanelle has experience working with cliental off all fitness levels, and loves providing a fun, dynamic workout no matter what your abiltity. When she’s not training others, she’s often spending endless hours on the trails, training for her next ultra marathon and running with her PNW Trailrunners crew. 

Eric Smith - Trainer,  Strength & Conditioning Coach

A former Junior ‘A’ hockey player and UBC Kinesiology grad, this Whistler, born & raised, outdoor enthusiast brings a whole arsenal of experience from a diverse background of education and athletics. After starting his career in strength and conditioning, Eric also dove into the clinical setting, working in exercise rehabilitation to give him a wealth of knowledge in exercise prescription in health, injury and illness. His philosophy on health and wellness revolves around enabling individuals to achieve their maximum potential outside the gym, by getting them as strong as possible within. Away from the gym, you’ll find Eric ski-touring, surfing, road cycling, hiking, climbing and on and on. A true BC. boy.
