A to Z, we've got you covered! We offer classes in everything from athletics and aesthetics, boxing and strength and conditioning, TRX-training, running, rowing, and even yoga all fused into a variety of 60 minute classes with differing difficulties, and intensities

MVMT MVMT Academy’s signature class where we blend classic strength work, plyometrics, bodyweight movements, bands, bars, bells and then shake it up with some high intensity intervals. This is the real all-rounder, you’re going to get a bit of everything. So whether it’s trying to cope with the demands of your sport, the outdoors or just everyday life, this class will leave you with the strength and stability to withstand all the elements. This workout is adaptive to all fitness levels and capabilities.

MVMT 101 A one hour intro class for all skill levels where we establish the foundations of strength, ensure healthy movement patterns and discover new ranges of motion. All are welcome. And of course bring a towel, because we're still going to sweat.

TRX MVMT This 45 minute, high-energy, low impact workout mixes HIIT training with the TRX suspension system. It's a full body workout that will challenge your balance, your core, and improve your overall strength and stability. HUSTLE & FLOW Need we say more? A mix of bodyweight based movements requiring nothing more than your hustle followed by a blend of flow inspired yoga, myofacial release and stretching techniques. And yes this one’s for you too boys. Perfect for the athlete and everyone else. Great choice for active recovery day.

Our program incorporates plyometrics, sprint work, olympic lifting, and classic strength and conditioning. Better bring a water bottle, because like Ferg said we "puttin' in work"

Whether it's your first workout back after having your little one, or you're an already busy mum kicking butt and looking to stay in shape, this is the class for you. Drop the kids at school, bring your tots, or no kids no problem, all ladies welcome.
